ABOUT THE MENU – conceived as an expression of savoring early
Autumn, the cuisine showcases the distinctive wines of Eight Arms
Cellars. The culinary offering will highlight the bright minerality of
the Eight Arms 2008 Verdelho (Alta Mesa), compliment the brooding
dark ripe fruit and aromatic spice notes of the 2008 Octopod (Alexander
Valley Syrah), and embrace the supple balance of spice, fruit, and earth
that characterize the 2006 Eight Arms Syrah (Stagecoach Vineyard, Napa).
