. The culinary offering will highlight the bright minerality of
the Eight Arms
2008 Verdelho (Alta Mesa), compliment the brooding
dark ripe fruit and aromatic spice notes of the
2008 Octopod
(Alexander
Valley Syrah)
, and embrace the supple balance of spice, fruit, and earth
that characterize the
2006 Eight Arms Syrah (Stagecoach Vineyard, Napa).

ABOUT EIGHT ARMS – founded 2006 by Iain Boltin, Eight Arms
creates Syrah that is handcrafted, lovingly tended, and produced from
vineyards that allow this varietal to show off all it's wonderful character.
Making great wine requires the various skills of an artisan, a craftsman,
an alchemist, and a technician. If your interested in wine that displays
these techniques - wine that will surprise and delight you - then we invite
you to try a glass of Eight Arms Cellars Syrah.
